Happy Mommy's Day!

To all the mommies out there, but especially to the two wonderful ladies we're lucky to call our moms, Happy Mother's Day! Since I'm sort of a mommy already, Jeff is celebrating me and made me banana pancakes, smoothies, and a latte for breakfast and my gift is a full day of painting the nursery and dressers from him! Yay! Pictures soon...

Happy Mother's Day to you, too. I just checked out your lovely home on Apartment Therapy. Fantastic and fresh indeed!

Presently, my husband, 2-yr-old son and surprise baby-in-oven are renting in Mar Vista, LA. Since my husband works in Redondo and Irvine and I in LA, we thought Long Beach would be a great spot for our family. I heard the schools are solid and it's an eclectic community which I prefer to Irvine. We are looking to buy and would like to know the name of your realtor. Pretty please...

We hope to be as lucky as you guys. It's time to buy and we want to get the most for our buck. We're hoping to find a realtor we can trust to walk us through this minefield of being a first time buyer.

Good luck with the birth! Pregnancy may be rocky but holding your new lovebug is golden delicious and soooooo worth it. :)

Thanks for the sweet comments Cheryl! Happy Mother's Day to you too and congratulations on your little surprise!

I hope you do consider Long Beach, we're so happy here. Thanks in large part to our home, but also because of all LB has to offer. It really is a great city, and we find something new and cool about it every week. Our realtor was Noelle Longmeyer and she is THE BEST. Friends recommended her to us and she's actually working right now with other friends of ours and we all love her. She knows everything about Long Beach and the OC area and was so valuable to us in our long search and tough purchase. We were first-timers too and bidding on short sales and foreclosures left and right and she explained everything so well to us, fought hard with the banks, and was so tenacious in finding us something that was perfect for us. She's a spitfire! I have full confidence you will be as lucky as us if you work with her! Here's her contact info, and good luck!!
