Still need plane tickets?

Jet Blue is doing another promotion of their Long Beach to San Jose route and offering an extra $10 off each way with the code JETTINGSJC. That makes them super cheap!

A lot of people have been asking me........

Hey guys and gals,

So a lot of family and friends have been asking me about lodging in Los Altos.
I have some good news and some bad news.

Bad news always comes first. Stanford University decided to step it up and try to outdo or compete with our wedding, Isn't that funny?
They are having their graduation the same day as our wedding.
So hotels and motels are filling up fast.

The good news is, I did a little research on this thing called the "infernet" and found a listing of hotels and motels in and around the Los Altos area, so here's the link-

Hotels and Motels

I hope this helps!

Jeff's little shop of horrors

Hi everyone!

This is neat, and thought you might want to check it out. Jeff set up shop on Etsy.com as a way to easily sell prints of his paintings! He just opened it so more will be posted soon, probably real paintings too! Get ‘em while they’re hot. The proceeds will benefit the House for Liv foundation.

Mandy and Seth's wedding!

A few pictures are back! Mandy and Seth's wedding on May 3rd in Santa Cruz was SO much fun! We all had a blast playing dress-up and celebrating our dear friends that deserved such a cool wedding. Ours admittedly will be a little more vanilla than this one, but that's our style. They had bats, we'll have Yetis.

Travel Information

Hi everyone!

We have had such an amazing RSVP week, I think we might overflow the History Museum. Whoopsies... It will be a party and a half, and we can't wait to see everyone. If you are making your travel plans now, here are a few helpful hints:

*San Jose airport (SJC) is the most convenient to fly into (16.2 miles, directions here) but San Francisco (SFO) is fairly close too (25 miles, directions here).

*June 14th just so happens to also be Stanford University's graduation day. Awesome. So hotels in the area are booking up quickly. Ours is already full apparently. El Camino is a big street and close to the Museum so there should still be plenty of options. Get further away from Palo Alto, and closer to Mountain View if you're having trouble.

*The wedding will be held in an outdoor courtyard and starts at 4:30. The weather in the Bay Area is typically beautiful at this time of the year but it's always a good idea to bring a sweater in case it gets chilly. Or you can just hit the dance floor inside the gallery and warm up the fun way!

*There will be plenty of parking at the History Museum, and you can leave your car overnight there and pick it up in the morning if you need to. We will have someone available to call taxis for anyone needing a ride home after the wedding. Safety first!

Of course, feel free to call me or Jeff if you have any questions!

they're out!

So I heard from my brother Jan and friend Gina yesterday that they got their invitations in the mail! Yay USPS! It made me so nervous leaving them in the hands of these salty old men that were working at the post office that day that gave me a hard time about requesting the stamps to be hand cancelled. I thought they'd throw in the trash as soon as I was out the door! So 2 down, 164 to go. Check your mailboxes!!
