Furoshiki

I just read this alarming fact on Apartment Therapy: According to the Clean Air Council, in the U.S., an additional 5 million tons of waste is generated during the holidays. Four million tons of this is wrapping paper and shopping bags. Yikes!! Presents have to be kept secret though, so what's the next best step? Furoshiki!! A Japanese wrapping cloth. You can use any cloth, an old cut-up sweater, cloth napkins, fabric remnants, etc to make a beautiful package, and two presents in one for sewers or crafty ones!

Here are some instructions for how to do it (click on the link to see this in big size).
